Welcome to the Plant Protection Family, Zoha Muneer!
Plant Protection Master Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Andalas, is delighted to welcome Zoha Muneer, a new international student from Pakistan. Zoha arrived in Padang on 19 August 2026 to begin her academic journey in the Master’s Program in Plant Protection. Her arrival marks the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities for learning, research, collaboration, and cultural exchange.
Upon her arrival at Minangkabau International Airport (BIM), Zoha was warmly welcomed by Dr. My Syahrawati, Head of the Master’s Program; Ilham Haidil Aswir, Chair of the Plant Protection Master’s Student Association; and Tahreem Safdar, a current student in the Master’s Program who is also from Pakistan. Their presence reflected the warm, supportive, and inclusive spirit of the Plant Protection academic community at Universitas Andalas.
During her studies, Zoha will deepen her knowledge and research experience, particularly in mycology and plant pathology. We hope that the academic environment at Universitas Andalas will support her intellectual and personal growth and enable her to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of sustainable plant protection. We warmly welcome Zoha to Padang, and the Plant Protection family.
