Nurlaila, a Plant Protection Student, Qualifies for the 2026 Korea AgriYouth Leadership Program
The Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University, is proud and expresses its appreciation for the achievements of Nurlaila (NIM 2110252036), a student in the Undergraduate Program in Plant Protection. She has passed the national selection for the 2026 Indonesia–Korea AgriYouth Leadership Program (IKAYLP) First Batch (A-1). Nurlaila was selected as one of the representatives from 12 provinces to advance to the final stage.
IKAYLP 2026 A-1 participants are scheduled to participate in-person activities in South Korea starting February 23, 2026. During the program, participants will be provided with learning experiences that emphasize leadership, innovation, and strengthening the capacity of agricultural human resources through independent and performance-based learning approaches.
Student participation in this international program is expected to not only enrich academic and practical knowledge but also strengthen the role of Plant Protection graduates in supporting sustainable and globally competitive agricultural development.
